Liability Waiver:
By purchasing below, I acknowledge and agree that Inferno Pilates LLC (Inferno Hot Pilates and Cyclone Las Vegas) is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I am on the premises or participating in any classes, services, or activities.
I understand that participation in fitness classes at Inferno Pilates may be physically strenuous and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage or loss, and, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Inferno Pilates LLC, its owners, members, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including claims of personal injury, harassment, property damage or loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree that neither I nor my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will bring any claim or legal action against Inferno Pilates LLC related to my participation.

Media Release:
I hereby grant Inferno Hot Pilates permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, without compensation.
